Six days at the TED Conference
The October 2024 TED Conference ran six days at Pullman Yards in Atlanta. We staffed check-in and registration, gifting stations, refuel areas and event support.
Staff worked in small, role-specific teams, from single-person gifting and check-in posts to four-person refuel crews.

Trade shows, conferences, sampling, street teams, grand openings, festivals, pop-ups and venue events.
Which cities do you cover?
We have staffed events across the US, including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Tell us your city and dates and we will say what we can cover.
How many people can you send?
Examples include two-person sampling teams and 17 brand ambassadors on a single conference day. Tell us the number you need and we will say if we can fill it.
